Shipping Policy of PerfectlineSwiss.com

We deliver to all postal addresses within the United States and parts of Europe. To ensure efficient delivery, please provide your full street address with postal/ZIP code. Deliveries are usually made during normal working hours, varying from state to state. Please note that there are no shipments on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not make pickups on those days. In case you order two or more items, you might receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying item availabilities and delivery locations. Sometimes, products may be shipped separately for added safety in transit, resulting in more than one delivery to your address.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

Perfect Line Swiss offers a simple and straightforward shipping policy. We offer 2-3 days priority shipping within the USA via USPS and free standard 5-7 days shipping within the USA via USPS. Please note that these shipping time does not include our standard 2 days processing time.

Transit Times

Perfect Line Swiss processes shipments within 2 business days and ships within 2 to 7 days with USPS. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on item availability and other factors. Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, Perfect Line Swiss cannot be responsible for on-time delivery, damage to the package, or missing items. A claim must be registered with the shipping company in such cases.

Transit Risk

Perfect Line Swiss ships all packages as sealed and well-packaged within 2 days of receiving the order. Perfect Line Swiss will not oversee lost or damaged packages or any type of damage to the package after being left at the customer’s address by the courier agency.

Lost in Transit

Shipping and Tracking Particulars

We will send you a message about the shipment of your order as soon as the items are delivered to the courier. These alert emails should contain the tracking number and courier company website details along with the expected time of delivery. You may also check the same on your Perfect Line Swiss account order page. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 hours to become active on the courier websites.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Some courier companies charge certain fees for incorrect shipping details, where the address and ZIP code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the price tag on any such penalties and fees and not Perfect Line Swiss. Make sure your shipment address is correct. In case of a re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Time To Deliver

For every shipment, we have mentioned the shipping time, these are only approximate, as shipment can be delivered earlier or later as the case may be depending on the availability of the item and other factors. It is highly recommended to email us with the item codes to get a more accurate time to shipment estimate.

Delay in Shipping

Due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping may be delayed. However, in this case, we will try our best to ensure you get your ordered items as soon as possible. Additionally, the “availability” as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse. If there is going to be a delay in delivery because an item is ‘out of stock’ or when there is an unusual postponement in filling an order, we will notify you by email. We may also choose to provide your order in multiple consignments (for multiple item purchases with differing “availability”). In some cases, we would offer to reimburse/refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in circumstance of our inability to resolving the order within a reasonable period.

Distributors

Distributors are independent entities and should not be construed as Perfect Line Swiss employees. Perfect Line Swiss does not have the power to direct or control the day-to-day activities of the distributors. The Distributor is solely obligated for the entire transaction of sales, processing, shipping, and delivering of all orders done through the distributor company. Customers of the Distributor shall indemnify and hold Perfect Line Swiss free and harmless from all claims, damages, or lawsuits (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of intentional or negligent acts or omissions by any Perfect Line Swiss Distributor, its employees, or agents. Perfect Line Swiss advises all customers to read the privacy policy of the distributor in which you would like to enter a transaction with.

Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy of Perfect Line Swiss

Kindly read the return and refund policy of Perfect Line Swiss carefully before purchasing/ordering its items or using its services. We always try our best to ensure you get the best quality product and service. When you order products from our store, we carefully process your order and ensure that you get what you have ordered and paid for, at the right time unless there are circumstances beyond the control of Perfect Line Swiss and you. However, we will ensure you get your ordered products as soon as possible.

Refund Conditions

Please note that Perfect Line Swiss will give room for reimbursement/refund for items that you have purchased, ordered, or received but with which you are not satisfied. Shipping costs will be fully deducted from the cost as well as a 15% restocking fee. To provide the best customer service possible, we recommend that customers familiarize themselves with the product videos on Instagram @perfectlineswiss and request a shade match from our online operators or IG manager to reduce the risk of purchasing the product and not being satisfied. Perfect Line Swiss has implemented a hassle-free return and refund policy as stated below:

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please send an email to info@perfectlineswiss.com with the subject Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@perfectlineswiss.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged or you wish to change the color of your original order. If you need to exchange the item, please send us an email at info@PerfectLineSwiss.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When returning an item to Perfect Line Swiss, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or terminate your order with us. Please note that according to our policy, you must inform us via email (info@perfectlineswiss.com) within 3 hours after making the purchase if you need to cancel an order. However, if the order has been processed before we receive your cancellation request, we cannot guarantee you that we will be able to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped but you have not received the item and need to cancel the order, please be aware that a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will be charged. Since the item has already been shipped, you will receive the item first and then send it back to us before we can process your refund.

Reserved Rights

In accordance with the law, Perfect Line Swiss reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchanges from customers at any time due to the following reasons:

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Site malfunctions.
  • An irregular or excessive exchange history regarding damage, missing items, etc.

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse rendering services to any customer, be it individual or entity, regarding the similar actions noted above.
