If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.


We are pleased to offer a flat rate between $8-30 for local and international orders respectively. Please note customers will be responsible for paying any duty and or tax charges added at the destination country.


All our orders are shipped using a recorded delivery system. This means a tracking number will be provided to you by email upon dispatch of your product. You can use this to find out the status of your package as it makes its way to you. Though we endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all our services; because we rely on a third party to deliver our goods, inevitably there may be delays in postage in the minority of cases. In these events, we will do our very best to keep you informed and get your order delivered as quickly as possible.


Customers are responsible for entering their correct delivery address, Perfect Line will not accept any liability for non-delivery if mistyped/wrong or old addresses have been entered during the order process. We ship both nationally within Switzerland -Sweden and internationally to Europe, North America and Canada. We also ship to other destinations worldwide including Africa, The Caribbean and Australia. In the future, we will be shipping out of Switzerland, U.S.A Nigeria, and Sweden. After you have placed an order, an email will confirm receipt of your payment. It takes approximately 2 days to process your  order. Once we mailed off your order you will be informed by email. It can take between 24 and 48 hours post order for dispatch to occur. We are constantly striving to provide the best level of customer satisfaction with both the product we offer and the service we deliver. However, in the event that something goes wrong and you have not received your order within our specified time frames, please contact the Perfect Line customer service team via email at We will endeavour to establish the problem and deal with your inquiry as a matter of urgency.


Not loving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it is within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return your purchase, please notify us first by email at including “RETURN” and your order number in the subject. Please do not post anything until you have received confirmation of the correct return address by email. Before sending please ensure the product remains in its original packaging and are completely unused with tags intact. All products must remain in a resalable condition and will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse. We will be unable to accept any returns found to be compromised in any way. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance to ensure that we safely receive your return. Perfect Line will not accept liability for any items that do not reach us securely. At this time, SHIPPING and payment transaction cost is NONE refundable.


If you wish to cancel an order please email with your cancellation request. For all other national or international delivery options – 60 minutes after completing your order. Requests received after this time will not be actioned.

Q: How to remove product from your unit?

A: Start by scraping off and excess then spray some alcohol or lace wig glue remover, to the area then gently peel off product You can also tie the hair in a bun and turn it inside out, place your unit into a bowl of 70% alcohol lace down for 30 minutes. Then condition and shampoo as normal.
